I'm Jo
Since setting up my business consultancy and accounts practice in 2002, I have helped hundreds of entrepreneurs create and scale their businesses.
My passion is to support ambitious entrepreneurs in building businesses that are PROFITABLE while living a life they love.
As an accredited Profit First Professional and multiple business owner, I have taken all of my knowledge and expertise to create a range of courses, a membership, and a bespoke mastermind, which I launched into the online world in 2016 as the Financial Growth Academy.
Since then, I have worked with some of the fastest-scaling and highest net worth online entrepreneurs in the UK, allowing me to bring even more value to my programs.
My mission is simple: I want to help thousands of entrepreneurs overcome their fear of finance and become the most profitable version they can be.

Staying social!
I love popping a bottle of fizz with the girls, a cosy Sunday dinner with the family or catch up on zoom with clients. I am a complete contradiction though, I am chatty and loud but love solitude and quiet

Health is wealth
I truly believe that to live a rich life, the number one thing is looking after your health. I love to walking, boxing, yoga and lifting heavy weights! Nourishing my body with delicious food and looking after my mind with meditation.
